Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

stagedaily operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site and enrolling in any course on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation or professional management of television and streaming productions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

Eligibility and permitted use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in the United Kingdom. The site and courses are intended for personal and professional development in broadcast and streaming production. You may use the materials only for the purposes stated in the course description and may not redistribute, resell or commercially exploit any content without written permission from stagedaily.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to interfere with the site, copy course materials for unauthorised sharing, post offensive or illegal content in any submission area, or use the platform to promote competing services. Any breach may result in immediate removal of access and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Accounts, submissions and user content

When you create an account or submit coursework, feedback or other material, you grant stagedaily a non-exclusive licence to use that content for delivering and improving the courses. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit. stagedaily may remove submissions that breach these terms.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All course videos, diagrams, software demonstrations and written materials remain the property of stagedaily or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to view and use them during your enrolment period. Trademarks and logos displayed on the site may not be reproduced without prior consent.

Third-party services and links

The site may refer to third-party tools, platforms or services commonly used in live production. These references do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of performance. You use any third-party service at your own risk and should review their separate terms.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

stagedaily aims to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content, suspend accounts for breaches or terminate the service with reasonable notice. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by consumer law and the separate refund policy.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

While every effort is made to ensure course materials are accurate and up to date, stagedaily does not warrant that the training will meet every individual requirement or produce specific employment outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the paragraph above, stagedaily total liability for any claim arising from the site or courses shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit applies to direct losses only and does not cover indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify stagedaily against reasonable costs and losses arising from your breach of these terms or from any claim that your submitted content infringes third-party rights, except to the extent caused by stagedaily own negligence.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other mandatory UK legislation.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last updated date

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver. stagedaily may update these terms from time to time; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
